Bourbon & Vine

Bourbon & Vine is the intersection between bourbon whiskey and Cabernet. We begin the process with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist – a French Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with Cabernet Sauvignon, imparting sweet, fruity flavors, and notes of cabernet, candied fruit, and caramel.

INGREDIENTS

2oz Bourbon & Vine
.75oz Cabernet Syrup
.75oz Lemon Juice
Egg white

CABERNET SYRUP

Add one part Cabernet and one part sugar to pot and let simmer until granules are dissolved. Let cool.

 

DIRECTIONS

Reverse dry shake all ingredients in tin and double strain into coupe. Garnish with orange twist.
