In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the egg white and shake briefly to aerate the whites.
Add the Oak & Eden Rye Whiskey, lemon juice and Simple Syrup with ice and shake well.
Strain into 4 rocks glasses over 1 large ice cube in each glass.
Garnish with a cherry and serve immediately.
Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
