1 Pasteurized Egg White

6 oz Oak & Eden Rye Whiskey 

6 oz lemon juice 

4 oz Simple Syrup, recipe follows

4 maraschino cherries

Simple syrup

1 cup sugar

Oak & Eden Whiskey Sour



  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the egg white and shake briefly to aerate the whites.

  2. Add the Oak & Eden Rye Whiskey, lemon juice and Simple Syrup with ice and shake well.

  3. Strain into 4 rocks glasses over 1 large ice cube in each glass.

  4. Garnish with a cherry and serve immediately.

Simple Syrup

  1. Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.

  4. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
